I am looking for information on William FARRELL. He was born in Ireland about May of 1840 and settled in the United States around 1856.

William FARRELL had at least one child, Mary, who was born abt. December 1859 in Scranton. Don't know who Mary FARRELL's mother was.

Mary FARRELL married an Albert BURKE who, I believe, was born in Ireland.

Mary FARRELL BURKE & Albert BURKE had at least three children, they were:

Theresa BURKE -- b. Oct. 1879 in Scranton PA (married Michael MCGUIRE, b. in Scranton abt. 1877). Marriage took place in Scranton on Aug. 28, 1901.

William BURKE -- b. Aug. 1882 in Scranton PA (married Mary DODANE, who was born in Dickson City PA). Marriage took place in Scranton on August 26, 1903.

Elizabeth ("Lizzie") BURKE -- b. June 1886 in Scranton PA (married John NEARY, who was born in Scranton). Marriage took place in Scranton on December 26, 1905.
