I have the following Farmer's in my family tree...
I am researching the in-laws. They are all from Cottageville, Colleton County, South Carolina.
Charles Farmer (1860-?) married Rosa Williams (1861-?)
They had several children:

My in-laws descend from this line. They had 10+ children, including:

Would love to know what happend to many of "my" Farmers... and where Charles (first Farmer) came from. Many of them I can find through the census living in little tiny Cottageville their entire life... so, my guess is many stayed there, and Fox African American cemetery is filled with Farmers...
I believe there was a Fishburne plantation nearby, so that is probably where the Fishburne's came from... but not sure about Farmers...
