Sophus Jacob Ferdinand Ewald was my grandmothers Father. She had a brother Carl and Marie.

She is stil alive at the ripe old age of 100.

Sophus, left the family shortly after she was born. She has wondered what became of him her entire life. Her step-father was John Rose (a.k.a. Olie Rose).

Her mother was Alma. Her mother never spoke of her father.
