I find myself listed in the "Some Evilsizer Marriages" as an "Evilsizer," along with some other members of my family who also do not spell their name that way. Although we are all ultimately cousins and descended from the same person, the spelling underwent changes. From what I can tell, it seems that families who moved west to Illinois generally changed the spelling to Evelsizer, and those who remained settled in Ohio or Indiana spelled it Evilsizor or Evilsizer (I have no scientific evidence to support this!!) However, what is clear and irrefutable is that I, and members of my extended central Illinois family, are EVELSIZERS. If distant cousins are going to take the liberty of listing our names somewhere, they should attempt to get the spelling right.
