You do not have a place of birth.
Magyarorszag is what is used in Hungary meaning Hungary
.

Do try to find his arrival manifest.

Verdun, Agnes Mereny 11 1887 1898
Verdun, Emilia Mereny 16 1882 1898
These 2 VERDUNs arrived NY Ellis Island going to br.i.l [no name] Streator, Illinois.

Were your ancestors and boarder VERDUN from same location, same region, speaking same dialect?

The location Nalepkovo is in UTO 053 and an IVANC^AK there.

Please do come back. Lets get you to the final destination - a place of birth of your ancestor.
I have asked for help from a friend and received it. She provided a copy of the 1930 census for me to look at.

EVANCHIK Andrew arrived in 1901 and notation Na-naturalized.
~ Verna arrived in 1912 and also a notation Na-naturalized

Do consider requesting the ancestors' naturalization intent & petition as there will be a place of birth, port of departure, port of arrival, date, name of a ship etc. Knowing which port, you should be able to find his arrival manifest.
