Hello. I jsut saw this, and I may have contacted you through your public member tree.

The EVAs you mention seem familiar. I already mentioned this to you in my initial contact. The accountant info was interesting, as one of my relatives, Henry William Walters Annear Graham (big name) is a decendent of Hugh Charles Eva (born 1805) in Crafswest, Cornwall, Devon. His math skills must have been good, as he was also a bookkeeper/accountant Too bad he was not doing the censuses in England. The census takers seemed to have poor arithmetic skills, and even worse spelling. To be fair, though, not everyone told the truth about age, on either side of the census!!

There is a dark side to William Henry Walters Annear Graham, but I will not go into it on a public forum.

Thank you for reading. I live In Canada.

Sincerely,

Susan Graham
