"In McGrawville December 2 Mr. John Euson aged 84 years"

"At about noon on Sunday occurred the death of John Euson at the home of his son DeVer, north of this village. Mr. Euson had been suffering for some time with heart trouble and in the past few weeks had been confined to the house by his illness. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at his son's home; the services were in charge of Rev. A. M. Brown. He is survived by two sons, DeVer of McGrawville and Burdette of Cortland and also by one daughter."
