I have a Jeanne Marie Etcheverry with a birth date of 7/29/1802 or 9/21/1798 born in France. She married in 1823 Jean Peter ARNAU (b 7/11/1797 Urrugne, FR) Their children were Jeanette ARNAU, Stephanie ARNAU,
Michael ARNAUD (b 9/23/1824)
married Virginia Landry (b1834)

The Arnaud family and probably the Etcheverry family were Basque living in France.

Any connections?

Ms. Etcheverry,

I'm trying to find out if we are related. My grandfather Bernard Etcheverry came from the Basque country. He was third in the line of Bernard Etcheverrys. His grandfather, immigrated to the United States and settled in a small area named Ramona in Southern California. His son, my great grandfather is known as the Father of Irrigation and has a hall named for him at the University of California Berkeley.
My aunt is named Jean Etcheverry. If you can find a connection, please reply.

hello, my name is Catherine Wilkinson and i am doing some research about a name that was on a document - a marriage certificate; it had the name of jean Etcheverry and a signature of the same.
it could have been a witness of the marriage between Catherine Borderre/Bordere and Michel Etchart. Catherine was my gr grandmother and she was married to Pierre "Pete" Borderre/Bordere (not too sure about the spelling anymore.
i do know my grandmother's name was Ethel V. Borderre (spelling was that on her marriage certificate - that is confirmed)
i can fill you in with more information but for now i don't want to overwhelm you with tooooooooooo much.
