The DAR requires positive sources. Deeds, Tax records most important attaching child to parent with sources such as census. But in 1700's need land records and wills, etc. Will help anyone with SMITH line in Fairport, Mo. in 1800's and ESTEP line as much as I have. Am in DAR but Wm Estep (b. c. 1732 Md) will be new patriot. THANKS To anyone offering to help.
