In reply to your question about Katie-Prince Ward Esker, upon her death, she bequeathed her entire genealogy collection and personal papers to the Starkville Public Library in Starkville, MS. You are welcome to come to our library and access these records in the Stark Annex. We do have files on the Whiffen family, including index cards of her notes for the Mississippi Genealogical Exchange and the Wood-Woods Exchange, as well as for the extensive genealogical research that she did for individuals, including all correspondence and research notes.
If you cannot come to the library, we are not authorized to do extensive research for you. However, if you have specific names that you are looking for that may be readily found if available, you may contact Carolyn or Perian at the following address:
