We have twins running in our Escamilla line - 4 generations now. Could we be related?

My daughter was visiting a friend in Miami/Ft Lauderdale Florida - in her friends yearbook, there was a set of Escamilla twin girls - they would be about 20 or so now. Good luck in your search.
