Does anyone have information on the Ernstbergers near Centralia, PA?

I'm the ggg-granddaughter of Christopher and Catharine Ernstberger 1820s-1880s)and gg granddaughter of Barnhart and Anna Ernstberger. (1850s-1930's)

I'm specifically looking for information on Christopher and Catharine. I have a census record from 1880 and pictures of their graves at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Centralia, but nothing on any other children other than Barnhart.

I'm also looking for any and all information on Anna Ernstberger, specifically maiden name. Her parents were listed as Welsh on census records and both of her sons who survived past infancy had either "McClay" or "Clayton" in their names. If this is a hint at a maiden name, I'm drawing a blank in my searches.
