I ordered through the GRO as I could not get an application, on the Cheshire site, that you would enter your information.

I was just checking my card account and found where an entry for 7 pound sterling was 0.00, another entry was Ons(internet site) Southport Gb and a charge of $14 was made. I guess they found the entry. I'll let you know if I receive the certificate.
