Estate of Henry Enneking, dec'd.

Be it remembered that on this 1st day of September A.D. 1863 the Last-Will of Henry Enneking was admitted to probate in the u...Oldenburg 4th August 1863. I Henry Enneking being ... sick in body but very sound of mind, I declare this to be my last will and testament to wit:

Article 1. It is my will that my debts and funeral expenses and doctor bills should be paid immediately after my decease.

Article 2. I bequest to my wife Agnes Enneking all my property consisting of 4 lots laying at Oldenburg with all buildings thereon. Also all the ... goods and house furniture without exception. Also all money standing out or on hand with the following conditions viz: my beloved wife Agnes has to pay to each of my three children “as soon as they will be of age” [this condition in quotes appears to be lined out.] the sum of 300 three hundred dollars as soon as they will be of age. Their names are Mary Enneking, Agnes Enneking & Frank Enneking. I appoint also my wife Agnes Enneking executrix of this my last testament, revoking all others of former date. Declaring this alone to be my genuine last will and testament.

Sauerland are of the subscribing witnesses of the last will and testament in writing of Henry Enneking late of the county of Franklin and State of Indiana, deceased, now produce and offer for probate before the clerk by Agnes Enneking, the executrix named in said will and the said John A Sauerland being duly sworn to testify the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, ...the executrix of said will deposes and says that she said Henry Enneking, deceased, in his lifetime signed the will in the presence of the said Francis Joseph Rudolf and John A. Sauerland, the subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the ... testator acknowledged the same to be his last will and testament at the time of his subscribing the same. That the said Francis Joseph Rudolf and John A. Sauerland attested and subscribed the said will as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said Henry Enneking. The said testator publishes and declares the same to be his last will and testament in the presence of said subscribing witnesses. That the said Henry Enneking at the time of executing his said last will and testament over the age of twenty one years, of sound mind and memory, and not under coercion or to .....
