I am looking for descendents of James English of New Bliss, Drumshannon, County Monaghan, Ireland. He and his 4 brothers (no names) came there from Scotland after the battle of Culloden. They changed their names from Mansfield to English. James married Margaret McCannis or McConnis and had 3 sons, 3 daughters. The only child I have a name for is my gggg-grandfather James English (my ancestor) who married Mary Story and came to Wellsboro PA about 1834.
