yes I suppose it does, I don't know anything about Andrew but in my research here in Dublin I ran across a mention or two of his name but English (Inglishe) is a very common name here there is the famous hurler (English) famous writer (English) and of course in the 16th century there was Lord Mayor English of Dublin. So it might take awhile to sort out having a birthdate would help me.
