Hi, am seeking any biographical information about Laura Payne Emerson, she was very active in California labor reform & the free speech fights in San Diego, 1912. I have not been able to find her on a census or a birth/death record for her. I do know she was still alive in 1925 as she delivered a speech in Oakland during June of that year. Thanks for any help.
