I'm looking for Minnie Ethel COLLINS who married 1. Vanoy, then 2. Arnold.

Minnie (died in Oct. 1998) has a daughter (my mom) named Phyllis Jean Vanoy. However, we found on the 1930 census in Harlan Co., KY that mom (Phyllis Jean) is listed as Phillistene ELLER...a niece.

Phyllis Jean (Phillistene) was born in NC in 1927. She says see had cousins named ELLER.

Can anyone give us some insight????
