Theodore Bought the house at 564 Carman from his father John Elberson for $2000 The house was over 100 yrs when torn down for the Transpotation Terminal. The house was one of 4 houses on Carman St. with a bathroom. Theodore worked for Bond Bread and delivered bread by horse and wagon. He was thrown off his wagon during one of his deliveries. He was a salesman until he got sick and died from kidney disease. This was information from his son John T.
