Hello,
Can you give me more info on the Eiberger's you are researching? My great grandmother also went by the name of Marie Eiberger. She was married under the name of Marie to my great grandfather Gustav Pittelkau in 1912. The Catholic church that I know some of the Eiberger's attended is St. Alphonsius. It is located in Chicago. My grandmother's cousin Anna Eiberger Olsen was confirmed there. I also know that there were Eiberger's in Evanston Ill. They are also related to us. My great grandmother official name was Francis. It may have been Francis Marie, this I am not sure of. I physically looked up the church record for her and Gustav at St. James Lutheran church in Chicago. This was interesting to learn that they were Lutheran when my entire life I was told that my Grandmother Margaret was born and raised catholic as her family was. Any how I would like to know more about your Marie, Please.

Hi Lois,
I just received death ceritficate yesterday her name is Mary she was born on Aug 4 1877 she was born in Illinois. Her parents our Joseph Eiberger from Germany and Anna Riha from Germany her husband name was Arthur Lustro. My grandfather Raymond which is their son funernal mass was held at St. Alphonsus in 1968. I don't have any information for them and I'm having a hard time finding information on them I have look at all census years in Chicago and I have not found them. Thanks for letting me know what church to look at when I go on Sunday or Friday night and if the office is open I will go in and check to see if they have any information for them. St. Alphonsus is our church now that St. Boniface is closed.

Hello,
Wow! we are related! I have pictures of Joseph and Anna.
They were cousins of my grand mother. Again her mom was
Francis Marie Eiberger . What is the date on the death certificate? I have Francis dying in 1939. Francis was to have been born in New York though! Joe Eiberger and Anna Reha lived in Evanston Il. My grandmother kept in touch with a daughter of theirs Jeanette Eiberger Boston. She has passed away, now. Jeanette had a brother Walter and I beleive a sister Josephine, also.
You live in Chicago? We used to live there but have moved
to Wisconsin. There are also relatives of the Eibergers here.
I would like to talk with you more.
Lois

Hi,
After 3 years on woking on the name Lustro I never thought one Death Certificate would get me this far in my research. Mary's Date of Death is May 23, 1921. Yes I lived in Chicago up to 5 years ago. But we still travel the 22 miles to Chicago 3 times a week. Please feel free to e-mail me at any time. Is there any way you could send me a copy of the picture of Joseph and Anna? Linda
