Greetings.
My Grandfathers ss-5 lists his parents as Benjamin Ehasz and Agnes Fagkusz.
I am unable to find any information on the my great grandmother Agnes Fagkusz.
I think they were born and raised in the Roxborough - Manayunk section of Philadelphia. Hungarian and Polish.
Any information greatly appreciated. Thanks
Mark

Hi!
I agree! Someone needs to start. My grandmother was Caroline Ehasz/Ihasz from Hungary. My dad's cousin Eileen and I work on the Ehasz's. Her email is
utilt@aol.com
. She is an Ehasz and has a lot of info.
I hope this helps!
:) Jennifer

From what I can tell they concentrate around Philadelphia and South Jersey, and a few stray's over in Ohio :)
I have not been able to find Fagkusz listed as a surname. I wonder if it was mispelled? On the same social security application my grandfathers first name is typed Joesph.
Hmm, Thanks for the info
Mark

My Ehasz/Ihasz family located in Phillipsburg and Harmony, NJ. I know that one went to Canada because he couldn't get a visa. I don't know of any Benjamins, but Eileen may.

Hi Jennifer,
Is your Karolin Ihász the one who arrived at age 19 in 1906 and went to Robyville, Ohio? If so, she is on the Ellis Island database.
