A visitation will be held at Myers Chapel on Friday, February 16th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A wake will be held on Sunday, February 18th, at 4:00 PM in the Chapel at the Russian Molokan Cemetery, off Slauson, in the City of Commerce. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 19th, at the Molokan Cemetery.

Jennie was born in 1919 and raised in the Los Angeles area of California. Jennie and her husband, Alex Stupin, moved to Sweet Home, OR, where she lived making a home for her two children. She was active as a 4H Leader with expertise in cake decorating and crochet-knitting.

Years after the death of her husband Alex, Jennie married a long time acquaintance, Jack Egorov and moved to Porterville becoming an instant step-mother and step-grandmother. She and Jack enjoyed several years of traveling before his health deteriorated.

Until her death, Jennie enjoyed going on bus trips with senior groups and making afghans for friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Alex Stupin and Jack Egorov, her daughter Janet Manning, and her son Bill Stupin. Surviving is her daughter-in-law, Lamara Stupin and grandsons Alex and Victor; step-son, Jack Egorov, Jr. and families: Cheryl and Rod Isaac of Shafter, Cathy and Jason Willoughby of Onalaska, WA, Gary and Michelle Egorov of Fresno, Christine & Doug Sandy of Chandler Arizona, plus 13 step-great-grandchildren; one sister Rose Barnett of Daytona, FL., also survives her.

The family requests donations be made to the individual's favorite charity.

Myers Funeral Svc. & Crematory 248 North "E" Street in Porterville is in charge of arrangements.

Jennie W. Egorov, 87, of Porterville died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007. She was a homemaker.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at Myers Funeral Chapel, Porterville. Wake services will be 7 p.m. Sunday at the Russian Molokan Cemetery Chapel, City of Commerce, Calif.

Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the chapel. Burial will be at Russian Molokan Cemetery, City of Commerce.
