My mother, Vida May Eggbeer Southworth, was born in 1904 in Devonshire England. She came to the U.S. in 1914 with her mother, Clara Skiews Eggbeer, and her sister Lottie (or Charlotte) B. Eggbeer. She was proceeded to the US by her brother Leonard, who came in through Canada in 1913.
I am interested in finding info re Lottie, who was born in England in 1900. In the 1920 census, she was listed as living in Franklin, PA with her sister and mother and father. But according to the census, her last name was Craig. Also interested in finding out how my Grandfather, Daniel Butchers Eggbeer, got into the US. He was born in Ashburton, Devon in March 1867 and he arrived in the time period from spring 1913 to Nov 1914. The family lived in Franklin PA, along with his brother William Eggbeer, into the 1920's. Thanks
