Hello,

I purchased a postcard from an auction and I would like to be able to attach it to the owners family tree. So if anyone has any information about this person, please post in this thread. Here are the details on the postcard:

Sent from:
Thomas J Egan
311 Field Artillery
Battery B AEF (American Expeditionary Forces)
by way New York

Sent to:
Mr. James Egan
159 E Allamuses(?) St.
Philadelphia, Pa

Postmarked: March 1, 1918

Text:
"dear brother hoping you are well i
am feeling fine
i am sending you
a nice postel card
the weather over here
is fine how is dear
Philadelphia tell may
i was asking for her
dont forget to write
good boy from your brother"

Also in the top right hand corner where the stamp should be, "how is the bakery" is written but I am not sure if t says bakery or not. The front of the postcard features an embroidered handkerchief with pink flowers.
