Does this group still operate? I've sent an e-mail reqest to join but have had no reply to date. I'm interested in McElholms in the Ederney area of Co. Fermanagh, in particular, the family of Charles McElholm and Anne Carleton of Drumnavaghan and Edenclaw.

Hi Graeme,
I haven't been on this site for ages as it seemed to go quiet, but I'm a descendant of Charles McElholm and Anne Carleton (my great grandparents). My grandfather was John McElholm and he married my grandmother Margaret Brown fairly late in life (for those days - he was 39 or so!). They lived in Ederney and I have found info on the censuses of 1901 and 1911, where Anne Carleton lived with her 3 adult children in Edenclaw Little. I guess Charles must have died by 1901. I don't have too much more info than that - my McElholm relatives now live in Scotland (I'm in New Zealand).
Do you have a Facebook account? There is a group of us McElholms on there - most of them live in Ireland. Hope to see you there sometime. Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/116182701760399/
Kind Regards, Anne Kerslake (nee McElholm)
