      <description>A History of Early Settlers in Roseau County, MN&lt;br&gt;1885 - 1910&lt;br&gt;page 51&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;TENNES EEG&lt;br&gt;Dewey Township&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tennis EEG, a Norwegian, became a very active member of the community in which he homesteaded. He came to Dewey Township near Greenbush in 1900 at age 27 years. Tennes contributed to the musical life of the community by singing in the choir at Pauli Lutheran Church.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr Eeg passed away in 1919 at age 46 years. However his family continued on the homestead, which was farmed by grandsons.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tennes and his wife, Thea were parents of four daughters and two sons.&lt;br&gt;They were:&lt;br&gt;Elena&lt;br&gt;Iiah&lt;br&gt;Tenny&lt;br&gt;Thelma&lt;br&gt;Alvilda&lt;br&gt;Theodore&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tenny died at an early age and Theodore was killed in World War II.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;* I am not related to the above persons and I have no other information to provide. Surviving are her children, Peter Eeg and wife Cindy of Boyds, MD, Sonja Devin and husband Robert of El Paso, TX; four grandchildren, Jamie, John, Robbie, Christian; and two great-grandchildren, Bailey and Shelby. &lt;br&gt;Friends will be received on Saturday, September 17, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the home of Peter and Cindy Eeg, 16400 W.
