my husband grand father was walter frank bee b-10/3/01881 in or around philadelphia pa. walter's father was william bee. mother was mary sheppard. walter had an older brother willliam. walter frank was adopted late 1880's by the sharpley's. does any one know a way i can find information on adpotions for that time period ?
