Surnames: Eacott,Ecott,Ecutt,
Looking to contact descendants of Edward and Alice EACOTT who married in the parish of Sutton Veney, Wiltshire 3rd October 1763. Also the descendants of their son William EACOTT who married Sarah ?. Among the children of William and Sarah there was a William who immigrated to Canada (possibly went to America) in 1834. Thomas went to Australia in 1830, Joseph went to Australia about 1834. There were older children - John, Sarah and Harriett. Have most of the descendants of Thomas, but know very little about the others.

Hi there, I was named after Mary-Ann Elizabeth Brown, nee... Eacott, my father was George Ernest Brown, son to Mary-Ann and Abraham Brown. I do believe Joseph Henry Eacott was transported to Tasmania in or around about 1840's. I have photos of my grandparents, and will share them. I await your reply

Joseph Henry was transported on a convict ship - LORD WILLIAM BENTINCK - to Australia in 1838. I've tracked him down through next 5 generations to current. I've only just started, eventually I'll get it onto a tree.
