RICEVILLE, TENN. - A committal service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, at the Hubbard Union Cemetery Chapel for Revera Blanche Eaches Baumgardner, 95, who passed away Sunday afternoon, Sept. 28, 2014, at NHC Health Care Athens, TN.
Revera was born on Jan. 18, 1919, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She lived the majority of her life in Hubbard, Ohio, (Trumbull County) and moved to Riceville in 2007 to be near her sons.
She had been a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Youngstown, Ohio and the Hubbard Church of the Nazarene.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmie Ettie Lybarger and Charles Wesley G. Eaches, and her husband of 39 years, Wilbert G. Baumgardner.
Also preceding her in death were sisters, infant Ellen Jane, Dorothy Pellow, Miriam Pace, Esther Whitacre, Naomi Vermillion; and a brother, Charles Eaches.
She is survived by two daughters, Charlene (Richard) Leipply of Lake Wales, Fla., and Linda (Donald) Plant of Columbiana, Ohio; and two sons Larry W. (Connie) Baumgardner, and Erbin C. (Ruth) Baumgardner, both of Riceville.
She is also survived by six granddaughters, six grandsons, 10 great-granddaughters, five great-grandsons, a great-great-grandson, a niece and nephew, and two sisters-in-law.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 3, 2014, in Athens, Tenn.
