Have a picture maybe someone can help identify the people.

I was told the lady on the left is Alberta Dupuis-Roy-Simon
the man next to her in unknown as well as the lady next to him. Then the lady with the suitcase is unknown, next to her is Alexis Roy & next to him is Albina Dupuis-Gaudette

Could anyone shed some Light on this subject.

Louis Dupuis born Dec 1819 parents Louis Dupuis & Genevieve Leblanc born and lived in St. Anicet Region Quebec.
This Dupuis family has ties to St. Anicet Parish,St. Regis Parish mission and St. Patricks church in Hogansburg.

Louis Dupuis born 1824 parents Norbert Dupuis & Josephte Chatel. This Family also lived and married in this region.

I have birth records for both of these men.
I also have the Marriage for both of these men I believe at least for 1 definitely Louis 1824 to Lucie(Louise) Lalonde.
The other Louis born 1819 I believe married Alice Picard(Picord).
Of course it was in St. Patricks and the priest did not place the parents names so it is only a guess.

Of course the census records USA and those in Canada very seldom show birth dates only ages and those are always 1 to 5 years out in many cases.

Several researchers show Louis 1824 married to Alice Picord or Lucie Lalonde.

Since I have a record Of Louis Dupuis born 1824 married to Lucie Lalonde
and without any record of another Louis Dupuis living in the area
I can only conclude that the Louis that married to Alice Picard is Louis Born Dec 1819.

Does anyone have a record showing parents of the Louis married to Alice?

The brothers Dupuy (Dupuis) [dit Bramans], Gilbert and Jean arrived at Québec on the ship Jazon. They had been expatriated from France for salt smuggling. The Jazon arrived at Québec on August 8, 1737 after 60 days at sea.

Origin : PAROISSE DE ROSE, ARCHEVECHE DE BOURGE EN BERI

Jean is known as Jean Dupuis dit Gilbert which is my line.

It appears we are all on to the same dead end. My grandmother, Angeline L. Dupee, born 1/15/1910, in Sciota, Ny???, was the daugher of Henry Dupee and Minnet Lafleur (Laflore). My searches have indicated Henry and Minnet Dupee are also referred as William and Della Dupee, according to census records of 1910. Minnet is French Canadian (Quebec) and Henry from France. I was always told growing up that we were of french and indian decent, and so this makes complete sense to me!
Angeline went on to marry Irving V. Clark of Albany, NY.

He was my great great great grandfather. He was a mail runner at the age of 14 in the Civil War, running mail from fort durusee on the south side of the red river to the north side accross the river. he was married 3 times, the last being to an afican american woman. a rarety at the time. one moring at 104 he was chopping wood on the front porch when he slipped and fell braking his hip and died shortly after. ironicaly he was tall for his time period towering at 6'4" as seen in a marksville couthouse group photo back in the 30's he was a gentle giant with a long white beard. being 104 he was the last of the louisiana confederacy veterans to pass away. - SrA Andrew Hughes US Air Force

My father in law was named Joseph Alexander Dupuis he was born March 24, 1921 in Walkerville, Essex Co., Ontario Canada. He passed away December 29, 1982 in Toronto,Ontario Canada.
We do not know his mothers name other than calling her Granny Bell. We do not know my father in laws fathers name other than he might have been named after his father. He has a brother named Clarence Trueman and a sister named Betty Ann no last name.
My father in law was married the first time to a Hockey from either Pickering or Oshawa and then married Helen May Davis in Toronto May 18th 1946 and they had one son Harold.
Would anyone have any information on my faather in laws family?

Ok, my grandmother is Elizabeth Gaigneur born 1907. Her parents are Aleck Gaigneur and Elizabeth Dover. They both came from France. My mother always told me that her mom came here at around age 3yr. I think she had a brother named Edward Gaigneur who married Laura Taylor?

Hi My name is Suzanne and I just bought a 200 year home in Henryville Quebec. This house was at one time a hotel owned by j.a.Dupuis. We want to try and renovate it and are looking for any old photos that might have an inside view of the house or of any of the past owners. Also any records of Florence could be helpful.I have 2 pictures of the house from about 100 years ago. I do not have the exact date.

PRDH doesn't have a Louis born to these parents. There is a gap between Marie Eugenie (b 1788) and Anonyme (b 1797).

There is a Louis Dupuis born 23 Aug 1793 in Nicolet to Augustin Dupuy and Marie Veronique Baron.

I was born Mitchell Dupuis. I am a descendant of Norbert and Elisabeth. Family moved to Mission Valley 1868. My dad was Donald Joseph Dupuis born in 1939. He was the grandson of Norbert and Elisabeth.

My Grandfather was Napolean "Paul" Dupuis from Penetang. I found the dupuis line back to Michel Dupuis dit Dupeux. I haven't been able to get any info on Helene Angelique Levesque. Her parents don't seem to come from the St Anicet Area of Quebec. Do you have anything yet?

I am looking for information on Lucien Napoleon Dupris (also spelled Dupuis). He was born September 21, 1906 in either Canada (possibly Montreal) or Massachusetts and died November 25, 1941 in Washington, D.C. He was a corporal in the USMC. He married Mildred Marie Albert some time after 1931. He has 3 children.

He is my Great-Grandfather and I am looking for information on his parents and grandparents. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

My great grandfather was Albert 'Frank' Dupuis (brother of Alfred who married Rosae Alma Rivet in Embrun. Thier Daughter Rose 'Rita' Dupuis (born in St Charles) is my grandmother. Hi Lindie,My Dupui relative was Justin Dupui and he was born in Bordeaux France in 1833 and died in Bendigo Australia in 1902. I know his parents were Maurice Dupui and Josephine Courti, and he married Mary Anne Keenan in Australia. This is all I know, I know nothing about his jouney out here or when he arrived.

Parents of Louis Ernest; Louis Charles Dupuis Gilbert 27 Mar 1830 and Philomene Avard 7 Feb 1841. Both of Quebec. Louis Charles was born in St. Marie.

Parents of Louis Charles; Joseph Dupuis dit Gilbert 25 June 1773 and Marie Louis Lehoux 25 Oct 1773. Joseph was born in St. Joseph-de-Beauce.

I just did some research that included some of these names, Edwards father was Alfred 1874 he married delvina Berube in Hull, Gatineau, Quebec 9 Feb 1897

his father was also was Alfred Sr who married Matilda Laroqe both of Canada

I just completed a small 11 x 17 sheet (can't digitize)with this info if you want me to mail it to you, swnd me your mailing addres
