My mother-in-law passed away last night, Deirdre Irene DUNN McMahon. 89 years seems too short. But she left behind a wonderful legacy of love and family.

She was the daughter of Francis George Dunn ( 1884-1948) and Irene Madeline Dunn (1888-1978). Double Dunn! Dee has done so much with the family genealogy for both her family and her husband (Robert Francis McMahon). I was lucky to travel to Ireland with her in 1993. We drove all over the country, tramping through cemeteries, meeting up with relatives and enjoying every minute.

Because of her I have accomplished so much of my own genealogy. Her binders and online trees will be cherished by her family for generations to come.
