Looking for my Fathers family. Lived in North East Indiana most of their lives. I have no idea where they were born. Many disconected family members. James married Susannah Jerraid in 1886. Any leads would be appreciated.

issue: Charles Dull born Dec. 08, 1887
m. Opal Bunger born Mar. 12, 1890 Noble Co. IN
issue: 4 children

My Mother always told me that my Grandmother (Francis A. Jerraid) ran away with her sister's (Susan) husband.
My Mother was born in 1911 and lived for many years in Toledo OH.
Could this be a link?

Yes, James Francis Dull was married to Susanna Jerraid and then ran off with Susanna's youngest sister, Frances. My grandfather is Herbert and he was the oldest son of James and Susanna. There were two other sons Rolland and Charles. I have since discovered James and Frances had a daughter Leila F. that married a Harrington. How are you related?

I HAD AN UNCLE NAMED HERBERT DULL. HE HAD A BROTHER NAMED
ROLLAND O DULL, MY FATHER. MY GRANDMOTHERS NAME WAS SUSAN.
WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GIRL WE WENT TO SEE MY GRANDMOTHER IN
FORT WAYNE, INDIANA. MY FATHER TOLD ME THAT MY GRANDMOTHER
HAD BEEN MARRIED MORE THAN ONCE. ONE OF HER HUSBANDS WAS
A PROSPECTOR DURING THE GOLD RUSH. I DON'T REMEMBER MUCH
ABOUT MY UNCLE. I DO REMEMBER GOING TO HIS FUNERAL IN FORT
WAYNE WITH MY DAD. I WAS A TEENAGER AT THE TIME. MY
GRANDMOTHER DIED IN 1959 OR 1960. I WAS 19 YEARS OLD. I
DON'T KNOW IS THIS IS THE SAME HERBERT DULL.

Marilyn, Herbert and Rhetha Dull had 4 boys and 1 girl. Bruce, Vera, Harry, Paul and Wayne. Wayne Dull (BD. 1928) was the youngest and he is my father. I am most interested in what happened to James Francis Dull. I understand he moved to Toledo or somewhere close. I was wondering where he is buried or what happened to him. There does not seem to be much information on where or when he died. You may have met my father at Herbert's funeral. I was only one year old at the time Herbert died so I don't remember him. My Dad told me Herbert would take Rolland to see their father from time to time but Herbert would not speak to him. He was still upset about him leaving Susanna. Did you know Susanna was a bootlegger during prohibition?
