Mark, I have a Harlan Coleman Dugger bn. abt. 1898. His parents were James Dugger and Drusilla Mae Carwile Dugger. Coleman was married to Hallie Turpin, who died in 1926. Coleman & Hallie had one known child, Cena Catherine.

BUT...these Duggers were in Daviess Co. Ky. I don't have any info if Coleman remarried, moved from Daviess Co. Ky. or when or where he died.
