James H. Dugger, was born in 1850, wayne county. He was a son of William A. Dugger Martha Young Decker Dugger, I know he married Nancy A. Townsend on may 20, 1885 in Lincoln co ky. I can't find anything else on him. So if someone could help me ( DO PLEASE) I think he moved to Ionia Kansas but I'm not sure Thanks Jim
