Janet,
Hi and thanks for the contact and information.
Elizabeth was first married to Samuel Breedon at Radford, St Peter, on 7 Aug 1813, Samuel a Lacemaker and later a Journeyman with whom she had 5 children, William, John Edwin, George, Emma & Sarah. Samuel died in Radford in 1833. Elizabeth them married Robert Jacklin in the third quarter 1838 in Nottingham and as you say had one child, Alfred,b. Q3 Radford 1840 and d. 1913 Nottingham. Elizabeth's mother was recorded as a servant at the Jacklin household in the 1841 census and died at their George Street address on 11 May 1845.
I haven't followed the Jacklin family except for the death of Elizabeth at Basford, Nottinghamshire in 1871 and to note the children born to Alfred being, Lucy A R, Lilla B, Vincent L, Alfred A & Bertie T between 1861 & 1873.
In relation to James, yes he was born 29 Aug 1765 in Middlesex, London and baptised at St Leonard, Shoreditch, Middlesex, 29 Sep 1765 parents Samuel b. 31 Jul 1735 Middlesex and Sarah. Samuel's parents Henry b. c. 1710 Middlesex, d. 15 Feb 1769 St Mary Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex and Elizabeth b. c1710 Middlesex m. 14 Dec 1731 St Pancras Old Church, London . James had an elder brother Stephen b. Dec 1761 St Leonard, Middlesex, but to date I haven't traced that line.
