I am from the line of James Mullis & Luvisa.I have that James died in Brown Co,IN in April 1850.It appears that James & Luvisa moved from Dubious Co. to Brown Co some time before 1840.

I come from their son John Mullis.John married Indiana McKinney on 3-6-1846.
He then married Margaret J. Meloy on 9-8-1872 in Brown Co.
I know that John & Margaret had at least 2 daughters:
Amanda Mullis & Martha Mullis , both born Aug. 1876.
John Mullis died before 1876.On 7-4-1876,Margaret married Silas Wilson.
Amanda Mullis,daughter of John Mullis & Margaret Meloy, was my great grandmother.Amanda Mullis married Thomas J. Rowlett on 12/25/1897.
