Johann and Wilhemine Drewes were my great great great grandparents. They were married March 28 1875 in Alt Bukow Mecklenburg-Schwerin Germany. Wilhemine's maiden name was Peters. There children were Louis, Friedrich, Anna and William. It is believed that the name Drewes was changed to Draves to avoid confrontation being German decent. My Great great Grandfather was Friedrich [born 1878] and my Grandfather was John Conrad Christopher [born 1903]. My Dad is Arnold John Draves. Sorry I don't know who Clarence is though, but it is not a common name.
