Are you related to James Joseph Drabble (b1782?)

Hi!

my name is Lucas, and this is my first posting to this list. I'm writing because I'm looking for any other Drabble's out there that may be related to James Joseph Drabble (born 1782), who was married to Marianne Drabble (sorry... don't have a maiden name yet) and had many children, including George Wilkinson Drabble (b1824) that opened up an export business in Buenos Aires, Argentina (South America).

Please feel free to contact me even if you are distantly related to James Joseph Drabble... would be really great to connect with other distant members of the family.

Thanks!

Lucas

Dear Luke,

I am indeed related to George Wilkinson Drabble - he is my great, great grandfather. He used to reside at 1 Pembridge Square, London W11 (which is now the Notting Hill Library and the family also had an estate at Walton-upon-Thames, Surrey. Cyril Drabble (my great uncle) had an estate near Fowey, Cornwall (Ethy).

Where do you live and how are we related?? Please reply would be very interested to know.

We live in South Devon.

Hi,
I am not related to your family but live on the Isle of Wight where some of the Drabble family lived including George Wilkinson Drabble.
I have done quite a lot of reshearch into this family as they had a holiday home here and some are buried in the local church yard where I live.
If either of you require this information please contact me.

Hi Lucas

James Joseph Drabble was my Great Great Great Grandfather on my father's mother's side.

You can see the connection on my family tree here.

Kind regards
