I am looking for leads on the other children of Nola and Peter. My grandpa was Richard Paul Decoteau and adopted to be renamed Paul Decoteau Poplin. He was one of three kids adopted from these parents.

His siblings names were Margaret Durrance and Charles Schultz. Any related family members are welcome as well. From either side.
