Pictures of Madison and his family?
Hi there, I am writing because I saw your post for information, history and pictures of Madison "Bud" Dover and his family. My daughters are his gr gr grandchildren. His dates are 1868-1925 and he died of tuberculosis at home in Joppa AL. He is buried in the East Corinth Cemetery and he was the husband of Frances Louisa Gilliand. My girls' grandmother was Frances Louise Bell, the dau of Martha Ann Dover (his daughter) and she was named for her maternal grandmother.

We live in Boston and as I assemble the family tree for my children I am hopeful we can be in touch with family who can tell us more about the Dovers, Gillilands and Bells. We know Madison was a farmer. I am happy to share anything I have and am hopeful you would be willing to exchange information too. Since we are not from AL it makes it difficult to view records and find family who can tell us more.
