Two brothers David and Wilkenson Douglas and their sister Jane came to the PA in the 1840's. They appear in the Census 1850 in Westmoreland Co. and their place of birth is given as England. David was naturalized in Westmoreland Co. or Allegheny Co. PA Jane(b.1834) married Jacob Jackson. Wilkenson (b.1832) enlisted in the Union Army and was captured by Confederate soldiers. He died of starvation in Libby Prison. David (b.1827) married Rosanna Whitehouse Jones and moved to Lawrence Co. PA, raised a family and died (in 1885) there.
