Hi I have been told by family that Elizabeth Rishton who married John Callahan in Tennesee or alabama was Cherokee information says that John Callahan was killed in the battle of Tippecanoe and that his wife Elizabeth callahan lived on Chief Doubleheads reservation I do not know if John or Elizabrth was relalted to Chief Doublehead. Have information that she walked the trail of tears but she did not make it to Oklahoma any one with information please help. flieswitheagle@yahoo.com
