Hi, my name is Laura Dolenc, daughter of the late Anton Dolenc from Yugoslavia. He was born 1910-1981 I was ten yrs old when my father died. Don't know much about him at all, that is why I decided to become a part of ancestry.com! I do know he had a brother named Karol Dolenc. Hi Marcia,

Just saw this note on ancestry. Pete Dolence who married Emma Terkavec is my Dad's mothers brother (Josephine Dolence Tauzel). My dad is William A. Tauzel Pete is also a brother to Josephine whom they also had a brother named Vincent Dolence His wife still is living and lives in Eighty Four, Pa. We go see her once in a while. We were there last year. SO if you need any info on the tauzel side I have a bunch.

I also have Peternel and Dolinar in my tree from Allegheny County, Pa. Do you have any information on a Barbara and Jakob Dolinar or any information on Peternels in Plum Borough. Thanks,

I am trying to compose a family tree and I know that my grandmothers mother came from Yugoslavia to Wyoming. Her name was Antonia Dolence. Is there any relation?

Have Dolences and Tauzels from Washington, Pa. and others. Most from Pa. Pete Dolence, Josephine Anthony, Vincent.

Josephine md an Anthony Tauzel
Vincent md. aFrancis Patnesky
Pete md. a Emma Tekavec
Pete md. a Ivonna Premro
these people died in Washington, Pa. but were born in Yugoslavia
from 1884 thru 1910

I have information on Jakob Dolenc of Poljane,Yugoslavia, (1846-1914) and Lawrence Dolenc, his son, (1877-1930) originally from Poljane but migrated to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and their families. If these names are familiar, please contact me. The names Demsar, Dolinar and Peternel are also part of my family tree.

Hi Joyce! Was searching for some family info on the net and found that Pete and Emma (Tekavec) Dolence are my Aunt and Uncle! My Father was Edward Tekavec, sister to Emma. They lived in Houston, Pa. Please feel free to contact me.
