I know my Great Grandmother's parents were born or lived in Danzig per information on her death certificate. However I don't know if my Great Grandmother met my Great Grandfather in Danzig or if they met and married in the US. I think it is possible but my current link there would show up as My Great Grandmother's maiden name of Pyetzki. I think people relocated due to various wars so anything is possible depending on what year one might refer to.
