Hello to you too! My maiden surname came from a family in Korumburra, Victoria, Australia but must be from somewhere south of your location originally. There must be millions who share the surname, but mine will end with my nephew whose wife has had twin girls (unless they do not marry, or elect to keep their maiden name). My grandfather was a railway guard in New South Wales. I think he married a Mcdonnell. Unfortunately, the railways here have been pushed out of busines by airlines and mighty trucking firms. My father was a sleeper cutter (for the railways use, I guess) and married into a family of timber workers. I hope to hear your count of responses. Brenda
