According to my records, Joseph and Catherine had a daughter, Elizabeth M Doane, born 2 October, 1837 in Somerset, died in Sheshequin, PA in 1902. I have seen Joseph's and Catherine's (and Polly's) grave markers in Windham...Joseph is between them.
If you are in Bradford County, there is a copy of the Doane Genealogy at the Bradford County Historical Society - both volumes. You will be able to find everything you need to know in that book PLUS add your own information by submitting it to the Doane Genealogy society...can find them through the Doane College website.
