Robert Doak married to Isabel Calhoun
Looking for a Robert Doak born about 1831 in Ireland. Came to America in 1860. Married to Isabel Calhoun, born abt. 1834 in Ireland. They lived in Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. They had 3 children; Sarah(B. Abt 1864), Robert James(b.06 June 1874) and Emily M. (b. about 1876). Is there any connection to the Samuel Doak that married Elizabeth Malseed ?

Re: Robert Doak married to Isabel Calhoun
I have a Samuel Doak in my lineage who emigrated to Philadelphia in 1800's. Became US Citizen in 1891. I cannot put my hands on the copy of his naturalisation which may have listed when he first came over just to see if the date was anywhere near your Robert. Just wondering if you have any idea where Robert and Isabel came from in Ireland. My Samuel came from Omagh, County Tyrone and Colhoun is a common name to this day in Omagh. Samuel was a brother of my great grandfather.
