These are the two basic ones I used:

That's the one with the guy who wrote a book about surnames. There's an updated one I ran across that day, where there were more names listed, but unfortunately I didn't save the URL.
And:
http://www.tranexp.com/InterTran.cgi
That's a translator/dictionary. I was fooling around with different parts of the name until I came up with the "long" definition.

Some of the others I used that day were basically just repeating the same stuff I found above, or I'd get really off the wall stuff, like the heraldry or hall of names place (I don't know the exact URL but they're pretty easy to find through a search engine), so I didn't bother saving them.

In looking for some of the others that I used a few days ago, I did run across a pretty good site, full of links to other places on research about Poland. I haven't even had the chance to go through it all yet.
