Kelly, has been trying to locate his biological father for several years. Only recently did we find an obituary for Bobby Clyde Dingler. It states that he just passed away last month, September 2, 2011. It listed as place of residence as Lake City, Fl.
I would like to talk with you in order to help my son trace his heritage on his father's side.
