The DNA results shows that the Virginia Dillow's from Berkeley and Jefferson Counties in Va match with Pierre Delon/Dulon that came from Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France. It has not been determined who the father of elder Peter Dillow that died in Jefferson County parents are. DNA only proves we are of French heritage and kin to the family of Pierre Delon./Dulon. It will take more records to prove who Peter Dillow, Sr. parents are.

I descend from Peter Dillow, Jr and his wife Pheby Wyckoff that married in Jefferson county in 1820 and moved to Sullivan co., Tn after the 1820 census. I was involved in the DNA process.

I am a "Double Dillow" with my father's mother going through the female lines to Michael Hartman Dillow that came to PA and died in NC. That line does not match in DNA wit the other two.
